2 whole grilled and cooled chicken breasts
3 T mayo
2 T capers
1 T dried mexican oregano
1 T sour cream
S/P to taste
Dice chicken and mix with above.
Personally, I like this on a toasted french loaf with sliced tomato and arugula.
