Of all the parts of a pig that I love (and that really is snout to tail) is the tenderloin. In truth, I don’t much care for the tenderloin of any animal. Kinda lacks flavor.
That said. I was really really lucky to have some great pork meals all around the Earth. Why do we love piggies so much? I could tell but a person might find it disturbing. Sorry, it is the reality.
