  1. This is absolutely delicious!! I’m one of those strange ones I guess who loves Salsa on my eggs at breakfast (over easy) and I have tried it in a jar and such, but it just didn’t suit my taste. Whenever I go to a Mexican Resto I always take some home, it was the closest I could find to tasting pretty good, but what about those don’t visit the Resto’s? I would like like to have some good Salsa on hand each morning..Well Hallelujah, my prayers have been answered. This recipe is the best…I always wanted to know how to make it, I didn’t dare try it on my own, you know, try throwing a made up recipe? Unh Unh no way…that would be food abuse. But this recipe is delicious and easy to make that even I can do it. Now my eggs are happy and I’m happy. Life is better with Chef En Fuego!!
